Yolanda victims airlifted from Tacloban treated at East Avenue Medical Center in QC

Some of the typhoon victims airlifted out of Tacloban City for urgent medical attention are being treated at the East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City, hospital personnel on duty confirmed to GMA News Online late Tuesday.                                                                                A total of 466 PNP personnel from the SAF, NCRPO, Central Visayas, Caraga, Health Service, Crime Laboratory, and Communications and Electronics Service arrive in Tacloban City on Sunday, November 10, to take part in a massive rescue, relief and rehabilitation effort in areas severely affected by super typhoon Yolanda. A 297-strong standby force from CALABARZON, Bicol and SAF is on-call for rapid deployment should the need arise
